kimono will play a concert to celebrate the release of their third album Easy Music for Difficult People at the Icelandic Opera on Thursday, the 11th of March 2010. The concert will be the largest that kimono has undertaken yet and will include guest performers of material from their older albums along with a visual display that will make this show a treat for the eyes and ears.

The album was released last December on Kimi Records and the response so far has been great. The album was chosen Album of the Year by Morgunblaðið and by rjominn.is (a prominent Icelandic music blog) and topped many year-end music lists for 2009. It has also been nominated for pop album of the year at the Icelandic Music Awards, which will also be held in March.

The show is open to all ages and will no doubt be looked upon as one of the most important concert events of 2010.
